Services
Three services on a single database: recovery rebuilds the company's memory, assessments answer the demands, and the Data Center keeps everything available for consultation.
01 · Recovery
We recover data from systems that went out of service or lost their vendor and consolidate it into a single, encrypted, client-exclusive database, with chain of custody from the source.
| Source | How we recover it |
|---|---|
| Oracle (9i to 19c) | Native export per schema, handling legacy code pages |
| Progress / OpenEdge | Backup and per-table export, with the data dictionary |
| SQL Server · Firebird · DB2 | Native backups or attaching the data files |
| Access · DBF · text files | Direct reading with code-page conversion |
| PST · OST · DBX mailboxes | Message by message, with indexed attachments |
| Excel · Word · PDF · notes | Text and table extraction, OCR when needed |
| NF-e · CT-e · NFS-e (XML) | In-house parser, consolidation by key and text search |
| PCs, servers and loose disks | Collection by the CALMO team, with a file-by-file hash manifest |
02 · Assessments
An assessment is the technical answer to a concrete demand — pleading, subpoena, tax audit, financial audit or management decision —, with calculation workpapers traceable to the source data.
Proposal upon diagnostic, according to the complexity of the demand.
03 · Data Center
After recovery, the memory is never lost again. The consolidated database stays in CALMO's custody: the client asks whatever it needs to know about its business and operations, and the CALMO team runs the queries, issues the reports and tracks the agreed indicators.
