Each client has an exclusive, isolated environment. Information flows only between the partner, the client and the CALMO technical team, under a single agreement and ICP-Brasil signature.

  • Relationship preserved: the client stays linked to the partner across all service lines and new assessments.
  • Joint technical responsibility of the CALMO team and the partner's specialist.
  • Integrated power of attorney: the partner represents the client in contracting, with an ICP-Brasil digital signature.
  • 10-year immutable retention, in Brazil, the United States or a sovereign datacenter within the Principality of Monaco, as the client chooses.

How it works

The partner requests; the CALMO team delivers.

Registration requests are reviewed by the CALMO team, which then contacts the partner.

    Client onboarding

    The partner requests the client's registration; the CALMO team registers the company and the applicable services, with an initial know-your-business questionnaire.

  2. 02

    Power of attorney and agreement

    The CALMO team prepares the power of attorney and the single agreement, signed digitally in the partner › client › CALMO flow.

  3. 03

    Start of collection

    The CALMO team arranges with the client the secure collection of its company's data.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

    The CALMO team keeps the partner informed of each stage and sends the documentation and support materials.
